Thank you! âJane Williams Cheesy Easy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole Ingredients œ medium white onion, chopped œ Tablespoon Olive oil 1 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms, chopped 145 grams or 5 ounces of Chicken Tenders 1 cup Brown Rice 31 ounces or 2 cups of Spinach 3 cups of Broccoli florets, chopped 8 ounces Colby cheese ÂŒ teaspoon salt ÂŒ teaspoon pepper ÂŒ teaspoon onion powder 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom condensed 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth ÂŒ cup of celery leaves Directions Preheat oven 350°F Boil broth & rice for half the instructions time on your package. * Broth should've evaporated In a sautĂ© pan add Olive oil, onion, and mushrooms; cook for 2 minutes then add chicken. Once the chicken is fully cooked add seasoning then broccoli. Grab a casserole baking dish and a big bowl. In the big bowl add cooked rice, chicken veggie mix, spinach, celery leaves, and cream of mushroom. Mix all together, taste. * Add more seasoning if needed. Now layer Chicken & Broccoli mix with cheese, your last layer on top should be cheese. *Example: One layer of Chicken & Broccoli Mix, next is Cheese, repeat. Tuscan Salmon Recipe Ingredients List for The Tuscan Salmon Recipe 4 (5 oz) Salmon fillets 4 tablespoons butter 20 medium clean and peeled shrimp (optional) 1 whole chopped sausage link (optional) 1 cup wheat rice 1 cup heavy cream 1 cube chicken bouillon 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped, or 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 small onion 1 green pepper 1/2 cup grape tomatoes 3 cups water Salt and pepper, to taste (Cajun season optional) 3 cups of baby spinach leaves 1 cup grated Parmesan 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Directions First, let's heat the water and chicken bouillon Let's start cooking the rice since it takes the longest. Now return to the sauce mixture: Reduce the heat to low, add the heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer while stirring occasionally. Season to taste. Add in the baby spinach and allow to wilt into the sauce, and in the parmesan cheese. Allow the cream sauce to simmer for a further minute until the cheese melts through. We started this method of making popcorn as a way to budget. It started by making regular stovetop popcorn to testing other divine kitchen toppings. This recipe prevents kernels from burning, running to the store late at night for that sweet & salty snack, and will become a family fave. Perfect Peanut Butter Popcorn Clusters Recipe: Note: Make sure the inside of the pot is completely dry before heating the oil in it, or else the oil will sputter. 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, or 3 tablespoons coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil 1 1/2 cup of honey oats cluster 1 1/2 cup warm creamy peanut butter 1/3 cup raw honey 1/3 popcorn kernels A hand full of pretzels cupcake holders cupcake or muffin pan salt to taste Method Heat the oil Heat the oil in middle, or large saucepan. Allow the butter or coconut oil to heat. 2. Adding the popcorn Add the 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels in an even layer, then cover. Once, you hear the popcorn starting to pop, shake the pot side to side on the burner, then remove it once the popcorn touches the lid. Tip : Keep your burner on a middle heat and try to keep the lid slightly open to let some steam release. 3. Grab a large bowl Place cooked popcorn in a large bowl. Add pretzels and oats Warm peanut butter and honey together in the microwave for 20 seconds, then add to the bowl, leave a little for a topper. Mix into evenly coated. Made with tuna, seasons, low carb breading and baked into crisp PREP TIME: 13 minutes COOK TIME: 20 minutes TOTAL TIME: 35 minutes COURSE: Appetizer, Lunch, Dinner CUISINE: American SERVINGS: 4 INGREDIENTS (4) five ounces can of tuna drained, and broken up with folk (1) 14.75 ounces of pink salmon drained, debone and broken up with folk 1/2 dice middle white onion 1/2 minced green onion (1) Teaspoon of Black Pepper (1) Teaspoon Garlic Powder (1) Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes - optional (1) Teaspoon Sea Salt (1) Tablespoon Adobe Season (1) Teaspoon Oregano (1) Tablespoon Onion Powder 1 cup of Spelt Flour (3) Tablespoon Olive Oil DIRECTIONS Grab a big mixing bowl,1/4 measuring cup, plate, and non-grease oven tray Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and add half of the spelt flour. Mix Thoroughly. Pour the other half of spelt on the plate Grab 1/4 measuring cup, and make tuna balls, then roll on flour plate. Now, sit tuna balls in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to mold, on non-grease tray. Turn air-fryer on baked 350 degrees for five minutes, add one tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Press Start! Grab Tuna Balls from refrigerator, then fatten into patty form. Make sure each side is coated with flour Add one tablespoon olive oil distribute evenly across patties, both sides. Cook 350 degrees on bake for ten minutes, on both sides Enjoy.
