As a businesswoman who's always on the go, this is my team's and my favorite smoothie. It's by far a boring smoothie, and perfect for building fiber, vitamins, and minerals, and promoting good heart health.

The Perfect 3-minute Mix- Berry Smoothie
-2-person smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen mix berries
1/4 cup fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¼ cup chopped cashews (optional)
1 cup milk (or nut milk) *we used almond milk
Pinch of nutmeg
Directions
Place all ingredients in the blender or bullet and blend into smooth.
