Cut your onions end off , top and bottom. 2. Slice the onions into thick rings. 3. Separate the rings carefully from each other. 4. Mix the spelt flour , hemp milk , and seasonings in a bowl. ( Note : you should have a pancake batter texture, if needed add more milk by tablespoon ) 5. Add onions into wet batter, make sure rings are completely coated . 6. In a separate bowl add your chic pea flour and one teaspoon of sea salt. 7. Dip the flour coated rings into dry chic pea flour, make sure the rings are evenly coated . 8. Spray the inside of the air fryer with cooking spray ( we use grape seed oil ) 9. Then, carefully place a single layer of the Onion Rings into the air fryer. 10. Your Favorite Mexican Chili Casserole Recipe For Dinner. You guys seem to love my dishes as much as I do, so here's one of my most popular recipes. And to think that I used to not even like black beans . I don't know what's happening to me , all i know is this is my jam. Ingredients 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed ) 1 can corn ( drained and rinsed) 1 box of La Preferida spanish rice 1 green pepper ( dice ) 1 white onion ( dice ) 1 bag of cheddar cheese 16 oz Ground Turkey ( cook) 2 cups of dice tomato 1 can of 14 oz tomato sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon onion powder 4 oz dice green chiles ( optional) Directions Heat oven to 375 degrees Servings 6 1. Cook rice. 2. Cook ground turkey with seasonings, in a separated pan. ( add more seasoning ,than indicated in recipe, if needed ) 3. Add half of diced onion,dice green chiles, green pepper to ground turkey. 4. Add 1 cup of dice tomato to ground turkey cook for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat. 4. Combine onion,green peppers, black beans, corn, tomato sauce , dice tomato, and some cheese in one bowl. 5. Combine ground turkey mixture , rice , and some cheese in another bowl. 6. In a casserole pan layer both mixtures with cheese in between. 7. Last layer top with cheese. 8. Cook casserole covered for 25 minutes or until casserole is golden. 9. Garnish with cheese. 10. Cooking time: 15 minutes Prep time : 5 minutes Serving 7 to 8 bowls Ingredients 1 bag of Wacky Mac Veggie Bows ( pasta of your choice, optional ) 7 cups of water. 1 box of onion soup mix 1 green bell pepper ( dice) 1 white onion (dice) 1 bunch of chopped kale 1 hand full of arugula 1 teaspoon of onion powder 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes ( optional) 1 teaspoon of sea salt 1/2 bunch of cilantro Directions 1. Cook your pasta as directed on package. 2. In the meantime, dice white onion and green bell pepper. 3. Chopped kale and cilantro 4. Bring 7 cups of hot water to a boil. 5. Add your onion soup mix to hot water, then add diced onions and peppers. 6. Turn your burner on low / medium. 7. Drain Pasta, then add to soup pot. 8.
