Mexican Chili Casserole

Your Favorite Mexican Chili Casserole Recipe For Dinner.

You guys seem to love my dishes as much as I do, so here's one of my most popular recipes.
And to think that I used to not even like black beans . I don't know what's happening to me , all i know is this is my jam.

Ingredients
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed )
1 can corn ( drained and rinsed)
1 box of La Preferida spanish rice
1 green pepper ( dice )
1 white onion ( dice )
1 bag of cheddar cheese
16 oz Ground Turkey ( cook)
2 cups of dice tomato
1 can of 14 oz tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 oz dice green chiles ( optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Servings 6
1. Cook rice.
2. Cook ground turkey with seasonings, in a separated pan. ( add more seasoning ,than indicated in recipe, if needed )
3. Add half of diced onion,dice green chiles, green pepper to ground turkey.
4. Add 1 cup of dice tomato to ground turkey cook for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat.
4. Combine onion,green peppers, black beans, corn, tomato sauce , dice tomato, and some cheese in one bowl.
5. Combine ground turkey mixture , rice , and some cheese in another bowl.
6. In a casserole pan layer both mixtures with cheese in between.
7. Last layer top with cheese.
8. Cook casserole covered for 25 minutes or until casserole is golden.
9. Garnish with cheese.
