This easy & classic homemade stroganoff recipe can be made in under 20-30 minutes of cooking time and served with a bed of noodles and creamy mushroom sauce.



Easy & Classic Stroganoff Without Sour Cream

Ingredient

  • ½ cup garlic hummus

  • 16-ounces pasta

  • 3 cups broth

  • 2 packs gravy

  • 1 Tablespoon flour

  • 6 fresh thyme springs, minced.

  • 2 cups sliced white mushrooms.

  • 1 small yellow onion

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • 3 garlic clove

  • 19.2-ounces ground turkey



Directions

  1. Cook and follow the pasta directions on the box, then drain. Toss in 1 teaspoon of olive oil, so the pasta doesn't stick. Then, place the pasta to the side.

  2. Set a large sauté pan over medium- heat then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add in onions, peppers, and bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes

  3. Add ground turkey and cook into done.

  4. Stir in broth, gravy packets, and flour. Then reduce heat to simmer for 1 minute.

  5. Add your hummus, thyme, and mushroom then stir until well mixed. Simmer for 3 minutes.

  6. Now add your pasta and eat up!
