Spearmint & Dandelion Tea

1. Boil the Water- bring 1 to 2 cups of filtered water to boil.
2. Grab Tea Bag- Place the tea bag in a teapot, pot, or infuser.
3. Steep- Pour hot water over the herbs and let them steep for 7-10 minutes, allowing the flavors and nutrients to infuse.
4. Serve- Pour the tea into a cup, and enjoy warm. Add honey or lemon if desired.
5. Optional Cold Brew- For an ice version, let the tea cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving over ice.

Dandelion: Supports liver detox, digestion, and rich in aniodants.

Spearmint: Aids digestion, provides a calming effect, and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication. Avoid if allergic to ragweed, daisies, or mint. This tea may have diurectic effects ( so please stay hydrated)  and impact blood sugar or blood pressure. It is not a substitute for medical treatment this is a natural herbal beverage.
