Crystal Healing is a non-intrusive practice that uses a holistic approach to wellness, supporting the body, mind, and spirit as one. It involves the use of natural stones and crystals, each carrying its own unique vibration, to interact with your energy field ( also known as your aura). Crystals are often charged or programmed with intention and placed on or around the body in areas that may need energetic support.
