Here is everything you need to make this delicious salsa easily at home or on vacation.

Cabbage- chopped
Jalapeño- minced
Cilantro- chopped
Mango- diced
Pineapple- diced
Fresh Key Lime
Cucumbers- diced
Sea Salt
Cinnamon (optional)
Red Onion-finely chopped (optional)
PREP TIME- 10 minutes
TOTAL TIME- 15 minutes
SERVING- 2 to 4 servings
NOTE: When using Jalapenos peppers, always taste first before adding! Please understand that some peppers are hotter than others and remove the seeds.
When picking your pineapple make sure you sniff the bottom and make sure it smells fruity and sweet. When the fruit's shell is two-thirds yellow or bright yellow, not one that's completely green then it's considered mature (ready to pick).
The Best Pineapple and Mango Salsa!
Ingredients
1 Jalapeño, minced
4 Tablespoons, Fresh Cilantro chopped
1/4 cup Mango, diced
1/4 cup Pineapple, diced
1 Key lime- juiced
2 mini cucumbers or 1 small, diced
2.5 cups Cabbage, chopped
pinch of Sea Salt
pinch of Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons, Red Onions finely chopped
Instructions
Place the freshly chopped cabbage, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, mango, pineapple, cucumber, sea salt, cinnamon, key lime, and mix in a bowl.
Taste, Refrigerate and serve when ready to eat.
