Simple Sauté Mixed Veggies

When it comes to vegetables, it's sometimes best to mix it up and add a little flavor for your taste buds. Check out our quick and easy recipe for you and your family.

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 8 Minutes Yield: 4-6 servings Level: Easy
Ingredients
32oz Bag of Broccoli
1 White Onion
10oz Spinach
1 Red Pepper
1/4 cup of Cilantro
1 Tablespoon Key Lime
Salt & Pepper
Grapeseed Oil
1 Red Pepper Flakes ( optional)
Directions
Chopped your Broccoli in half
Julienne Your Onion and Red Pepper
Chopped your Cilantro ( include the stem)
In a saute pan, cover the bottom with grapeseed oil, on medium heat. ( Lighty)
Let the pan get hot, then add your julienne onions and red peppers.
Cook for 2 minutes, then adds in your broccoli.
Cook for 5 minutes,
Next, add salt, and pepper ( taste as you go, for flavor)
Now that your Broccoli is cook, turn off your stove range and, add in the spinach and cilantro. ( It doesn't take spinach long to cook, so don't walk away )
Serve hot on a plate, then sprinkle a little key lime for freshness.
